Dance, Health & Wellbeing.

Movement for Living is a dance project for improving the health and wellbeing of older adults living with dementia, Alzheimer’s and other neurophysiological illnesses. It started in May 2016 as a pilot project at the Danube Hospital in Vienna, Austria. Based on our observations and the positive feedback received from the dancers and hospital team collected over four years, we are enthusiastically looking to extend our programme to other hospitals and elderly homes, reaching people in need of increased body movement and improved health.
